Q1: What is the procedure for making a booking? What is the mode of payment?

To initiate a booking, you may contact us via WhatsApp OR Call on 8779592274 To formalise your booking, you must complete two mandatory forms- a) Enquiry form and b) Booking form.

Once the booking form is filled, you may make an online payment to our official bank account. You will need to submit your Pan card and Aadhar card copy for security purposes.

Q2: Why do I need to pay a security deposit? When will it be refunded?

In case of any damage done to our property, you are required to pay a deposit which is fully refundable within 7 working days, after the property has been duly checked by our team.

Q3: Can I bring my own caterer/Party Planners/decorator?

While we offer the services of our empanelled caterers/Party Planners/decorators, you also have the option of bringing in your own service providers, however, this will attract a royalty based on the number of PAX involved.
In case you do utilise the services of your own caterer, they must be FSSAI licensed. We have a full-fledged kitchen available for use which is also FSSAI approved. Your caterer will be responsible for adherence to the rules and regulations on kitchen usage and you as host will be responsible for any damage caused by your service provider(s).

Q4: How many guests can the Venue accommodate?

Outhouse: 50 to 80 guests
Outhouse and Garden: Up to 150 to 200 guests
Bungalow: 100 guests

Q6: How do I understand the various packages?

Q7: What if I need to cancel my booking?

Due to unforeseen circumstances if the booking needs to be cancelled, we can consider your request up till one week in advance.

Q8: What if I require additional parking?

The Grounds are available for additional car parking of up to 25-30 cars at an additional cost. VIP Parking (8 Cars Parking spaces)

Q9: Can I have a DJ party at the Venue?

DJ parties are allowed inside the Bungalow or the Outhouse. However, alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property. DJ parties on the Turf or Grounds are not allowed. Any music must be kept under strict volume control as per our terms and conditions.

Q10: When are site visits possible?

Site visits are possible between 9am to 9pm all days throughout the year. We highly recommend you make a prior appointment with our site manager to ensure you are well attended to during your visit.

Q11: How much electricity is provided by The Venue?

Electric supply/power to the extent of 10 kw shall be made available to the Host for the purpose of music/games/entertainment related equipment and such. In case the Host requires additional power, it shall be the responsibility of the host to request for generators at an additional cost.
